After successfully completing the BT & HV diversion works we have secured the full groundworks package for Wates. This includes Pile caps, ground beams, insitu concrete slab, drainage including an attenuation tank, Flow Control and tieing into an existing 600mm combined sewer. Following on will be the external services and hard landscaping.
